11 YEARS. WHAT A JOURNEY.
I was prescribed Xanax at 17. After years of going on and off medication, I abruptly stopped at 27.
What followed was a descent into protracted withdrawal that I never could have imagined.
Insomnia. Hallucinations. Nerve pain. Psychosis, A stroke.Years of navigating experiences that challenged everything I thought I knew about my body, mind, and life.
It wasn't eleven continuous years in the depths. There were periods of emerging, rebuilding, finding my footing, and sometimes finding myself back in the underworld again.
But the journey also opened doors I never expected.
I began discovering the spiritual, energetic, and existential dimensions of this experience. Developing new ways of navigating life. Questioning everything. Reconnecting with parts of myself I hadn't known how to access before.
There was darkness, yes. But also profound growth, unexpected beauty, and an entirely different relationship with being alive.
I want to share more of that story. The messy bits, the extraordinary bits, and everything that helped remake me.
So, naturally, I'm throwing an after party.
WITHDRAWAL IS MORE THAN A COLLECTION OF SYMPTOMS.
We talk a lot about the science, the symptoms, the timelines, the protocols, and the physical experience of withdrawal. And those conversations matter.
But what about the parts that don't fit neatly into a symptom checklist?
The spiritual questions. The energetic shifts. The changes in identity, perception, sensitivity, and our relationship with life itself.
What about the profound loneliness of experiencing something you can't quite explain? The strange discoveries, the unexpected insights, the ways we learn to meet ourselves differently?
Through my own journey, I discovered that withdrawal touched every dimension of my being. I began exploring ways of living, relating, creating, and navigating the world that were entirely new to me.
I don't believe we should have to choose between understanding the science and honoring the mystery of the human experience.
There is room for both.
And there are stories worth sharing that might otherwise never be heard.
Because sometimes hearing someone else's story is the first time you realize you're not alone. Sometimes connection is the thing that helps someone keep going.
WHAT'S HAPPENING AT THE AFTER PARTY?ONE HOUR. A LITTLE STORY. A LITTLE RITUAL. A LOT TO CELEBRATE.
Here's what we're getting into:

02. THE REMAKING — Lessons from the underworld
03. THE RITUAL — Honoring who you've been
04. THE CONVERSATION — Ask me anything
05. THE NEXT CHAPTER — The Sanctuary
